Get started with XPOrders
Quick-start documentation for the current desktop application. Product behavior may evolve as new integrations are released.
Create your account
Open the XPOrders account portal, create an account with Google or email, and begin your 7-day free trial. Use the same identity in the Windows desktop application.
Connect an inbox
Choose Gmail or Outlook/Hotmail where supported, then complete the provider OAuth flow. XPOrders does not ask for your email password.
Review the provider permission screen before approving access. You can disconnect an inbox later.
Scan and import supported orders
Select Pokémon Center and a scan-history range. Review detected matches before approving what enters your workspace. Other retailers can be managed manually.
Manage orders
Use the order pipeline to search, filter, edit, group, export, and monitor order status.
Manage products and performance
Log inventory, sales, expenses, and outbound shipments to calculate realized and projected profit.
